  • Highlighted icon → The transcription is available, and you can open it.
  • ‘+’ icon → Transcription can be requested for this call.
  • Grey icon → Transcription is not available. This usually happens when:
    - The call is shorter than 30 seconds
    - Transcription is disabled in your account settings
    - The call does not meet your custom business rules
